Wild Rice with Cherries 
2 cups of uncooked Wild Rice

2 16 oz cans of fat free chicken broth

1 cup of dried cherries

Bring broth to a boil and add rice.  Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer until the rice has absorbed the broth.  Toss in dried cherries and stir well.

Place grilled chicken breast on rice and drizzle herb gravy over the top.  Serve alongside steamed asparagus or vegetable of your choice.
