6oz. vanilla fat free, low sugar yogurt (Kroger Carb Masters, Dannon Lite, Blue Bunny Fat Free)
1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
1/3 c dry measure Old Fashioned Oatmeal or ¼ c dry measure Steel Cut Oats
1 packets of Splenda or Equal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Stir all ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight. Serves 1
