Turkey Breast Sausage 

1 pound ground turkey breast

1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice

1/4 tsp. ham-flavored bouillon

4 tbsp. uncooked oatmeal

3/4 tsp. crushed fennel seeds

1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

1/8 tsp. light salt

cooking spray

Combine apple juice and bouillon in a large sauce pan over low heat stir until granules are well dissolved. Add ground turkey, oatmeal and spices and mix well. From into patties of equal size. Preheat a Teflon pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Place patties in Teflon pan and cook about 15-20 minutes or until browned. Turn each patty frequently and be sure to brown each side until cooked thoroughly. Makes 6-8 sausage patties. Serves 4-5.
