It can get ridiculous. The desire to lose weight, look better and be healthy.
How do I begin? What do I do next? Am I doing it correctly? All those questions I'm sure you have asked yourself in the past or are still asking yourself today. I am Keith Klein and I started working in the field of dietetics 30 years ago.
The problem I found was how the industry treated people trying to lose weight. You can go through the hundreds of dietary programs or read the countless diet books that grace all of the book store shelves. But, you'll never get the right kind of help nor find the answers you're looking for. But, what will happen is you will spend very large sums of money for programs and books that do not help you. For your years of trial and error, as well as wasted money, what will you get? You will become horribly frustrated because nobody is teaching you what you need to know. I know. I've seen and helped thousands of people that were approaching their problem the same way you have been.

Let's face it, after giving you all the great advice who wants to suggest that "oh, by the way, when you struggle or start to fail, here's how you get back on track?"
