Spicy Salsa Tuna Steaks 

1 LB. TUNA STEAKS (ABOUT 4 STEAKS)

3/4 C DICED CUCUMBER

1/2 C. DICED RED ONION

1 C. FROZEN CORN

3 TBS. LIME JUICE

3/4 CUP DICED TOMATO

1/4 CUP DICED BELL PEPPER

1/2 TSP. RED PEPPER

DASH TABASCO SAUCE

 

In a sauce pan, mix together cucumber, red onion, corn, lime juice,

tomato, bell pepper and spices. Cook over medium heat for 15

minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and let simmer for 5-10

minutes. Grill steaks over fire. Cook on first side approximately 5

minutes, turn steaks over and grill until done. Do not turn the

steaks over too often. Place tuna steaks on a plate, and cover with

the vegetable mixture.
