Scrambled Egg Whites, Turkey Chorizo and Southwestern Hashbrown Potatoes
1 package of Simply Potatoes Brand Southwestern Style Hash Browns
1 package of Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
3-4 T Fiesta Brand Chorizo Mix Seasoning
Fat free shredded cheddar
8 egg whites
Nonstick cooking spray
Step 1: Prepare "Chorizo":
Blend Chorizo spices into ground turkey breast and then brown in a preheated nonstick skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2:
Prepare Southwestern Style Hash Browns according to directions on package. Set aside.
Step 3:
Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray and scramble the egg whites until firm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then stir in cooked turkey chorizo until hot and sprinkle with fat free cheddar cheese. Serve over hash browns.
