Pineapple Marinade 

1 8-10 OZ. CAN OF SLICED PINEAPPLE (IN ITS OWN JUICE)

3 TBS. SOY SAUCE

1 1/2 TBS. LEMON JUICE

 

Pour juice into bowl. Set pineapple slices aside. Mix together juice,

soy sauce, and lemon. Marinade meat for 5-6 hours. While grilling

meat, baste with marinade. After meat is cooked, place pineapple

slices over meat, and serve on a bed of rice.
