Mustard Sauce 

1/2 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 CUP FAT FREE MAYONNAISE
3 TBS. MINCED FRESH CILANTRO
2 TBS. MINCED GREEN ONION
2 TBS. MINCED CELERY
DASH OF RED PEPPER

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir together well. Cover,
and chill for at least 30 minutes. Spread over fish while grilling or
baking.
