Macaroni & Cheese 
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
3 raw egg whites
6 ounces fat free cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
10 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
 

Preheat oven on 375 degrees. Mix together cornstarch and milk.
Add egg whites and stir. Add the rest of the ingredient s and stir well.
Spray a medium size glass baking dish with cooking spray. Pour
mixture into baking dish and place in oven. Bake approximately 25
minutes. Serves 4.
