Itilian Pineapple Marinade 

1 CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE

1/2 CUP OIL FREE ITALIAN DRESSING

1-8 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE

1 TSP. MUSTARD

DASH GARLIC POWDER

DASH BLACK PEPPER

 

Combine all ingredients. Place scallops or shrimp in shallow dish,

and cover with marinade. Place in refrigerator for at least two

hours. Remove seafood from marinade, and set aside leftover

marinade. Place shrimp or scallops on a skewer. While grilling

baste with marinade.
