If knowledge was all that was needed to change, then America would be the thinnest country in the world. Most of you know tons of information about diet and exercise.
You can probably recite encyclopedias filled with information on how to lose weight. You more than likely already know what to eat as well as what not to eat. Maybe you have been on every diet known to man at one point or another.
No other country is more obsessed with weight loss than America, and no other place on this planet has more diet books than we do.
Why are Americans getting fatter and fatter?
If you've been on so many different diets, why isn't your body where you want it to be? I 'll contend that knowledge isn't the only factor to success, there must be another component missing.
In fact, if you really examine what it takes to change a behavior, you need to understand that there are several necessary components.
Most of the weight loss industry only approaches the diet and exercise components to change. Of equal value is the psychological component.
Change
After all, you cannot change anything about yourself until your change the way you view your problem.
Whether you wish to change your finances, relationship, weight or health, you first and foremost have to reduce the perceptual problems that hold you back.
So you see, there exists a conflict between our desire for immediate gratification and the process of self change.
Change is a lot like a journey. There can be bumps in the road, detours, stop signs and yellow lights. Change takes time, so we have to be patient and let the process develop. We need to understand that change comes at different stages and at different times for each individual.
Consequently, when you try to force changes to happen too quickly you end up working against the natural course of self-improvement.

The classes:

- Classes take place in the evening, usually from 6:30- 8PM
- Cover different aspects that you need to understand - to change your health or weight

Workshop
The workshop will provide you with everything you will need to get started. In addition to all of the course information, Keith will be there to answer any questions you have regarding your goals.
These are very popular classes. Classes are kept small so seating is limited, thus you will be expected to reserve your spot with payment up front. Once a class is filled, the class is closed to the public.
