Chocolate Protein Breakfast Blend 

6 oz. vanilla fat free, low sugar yogurt (Kroger Carb Masters, Dannon Lite, Blue Bunny Fat Free or Fage 0%)

1/2 c fat free cottage cheese

1/3 c dry measure Old Fashioned Oatmeal or ¼ c dry measure Steel Cut Oats

2 packets of Splenda or Equal

1-2 tablespoons of Hershey's SUGARFREE Chocolate Syrup

Stir all ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight.
