Chicken Enchiladas 
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 small onion sliced
4 ounces shredded non fat cheese
green bell peppers
6 corn tortillas
 

Brown ground chicken breast . Sauté onions and green bell peppers over medium heat in a Teflon pan that has been sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Place ground chicken, onions, bell
peppers and cheese in corn tortillas, wrap and serve.
