1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
1 TBS. LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1 TSP. RED PEPPER POWDER
1/4 TSP. GINGER POWDER
DASH GARLIC POWDER
Combine all ingredients. Marinade shrimp, chicken or turkey breast
for at least 1 hour. Remove meat, and set aside extra marinade.
As poultry or fish are cooking, baste with marinade.
